5. What do I do if I need emergency maintenance service?

During or after hours you can call the main number at: (614) 888-1118. Follow the prompts and maintenance will be paged.  If you have a non-emergency maintenance issue you can call the office to report it during regular business hours or fill out the maintenance request form on this website.

Yes we are conveniently located between Route 315 and Interstate 71
